  2. Albert was one of the good guys! I never heard him utter an unkind word about anyone. We Gorin kids were a rare bunch. We grew up not just friends, but also family. Albert, you will be missed, and I’ll see you on the other side.

  6. I first connected with Albert casually when we attended Gorin’s rival school, Wyaconda, then friendship as adults, swapping stories about school, families, softball, hunting, fishing, work (especially Albert’s many years at the Kahoka Cheese Factory), then comaradire through Physical Therapy at Scotland County Hospital. He dearly loved his family! Sincere sympathy to Judy and everyone affected by his death.

  8. I worked with Albert for 10 years. He always helped make the day fun. He was so good to my kids, always willing to take me & my son fishing. We had lots of laughs at the Gates picnic, he was the best anchor on the tug of war team! You will be missed my friend! Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family Judy.

  18. When I came to Gorin High School my junior/senior year, Albert became my friend. We worked together in a student work program as well. I remember Connie telling me she had never heard Albert say anything unkind. He was always nice to everyone. We are sorry for your loss Judy.
