Elma Lee Chancellor, 73, of Williamstown, formerly of Memphis, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born the daughter of Pearl and Arlene (McFadden) Morrison on October 17, 1942 in the CD Lewis Building in Knox City.
Elma graduated from the Rutledge High School.
She was a very hard worker all her life, a very generous person, and was loyal to her family and friends. Elma enjoyed her grandchildren, nature, crafts, family genealogy, flowers, country music, yard work and her cat.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers – Junior, Jesse and Bob Morrison.
She is survived by her children, Chuck (Rita) Little of Lima, IL; Candi Little of Quincy; grandchildren, Charlie and Regan Little of Lima; sisters, Millie Parrish of Gorin, Hazel Jeffries of Sweeny, TX, and Betty Erickson of Gorin; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Elma’s Life will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, November 14 at the Gerth Funeral Home in Memphis.
